3AMK (the cooperation between Laurea UAS, Haaga-Helia UAS and Metropolia UAS, Finland) organises the summer school for Master’s degree students. The course is an international intensive course with the extent of 5 ECTS (EQF 7 level).
The main topic of course is “Leadership Skills for a Changing World”. In 2022, we will focus on the following sub-topics:
- Inclusive leadership & collaborative practices
- Leading cultural change
- Leading a self-managing organisation
Implementation
The course consists of the independent pre-assignments and the participation to the intensive week. The program of the intensive week features short talks by university faculty members and practitioners as well as workshops and team work to engage with the theme’s topics.
The course will be organized online, and it will be executed in English.

- Application period: 26th January – 30 March
- Student selection: latest 20 April
- Pre-assignments published by end of May
- Deadline for pre-assignments: 14 August
- Intensive week: 15 August – 19 August
